How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset instructions.

Can I download my videos?

Yes. Once a video finishes rendering, export it as an MP4 from the editor and download it, ready to upload to YouTube, Shorts, or TikTok.

What devices can I use?

GetClipFox runs in your web browser — there's nothing to download or install. Sign in from your computer and start creating.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit Settings → Billing and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
