Refund Policy

1. Paddle handles payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes your payment, issues your receipt, handles sales tax and VAT, and processes every refund. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Paddle.
You can ask us for a refund (see section 6), or contact Paddle directly through the link on your receipt or at paddle.net.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If GetClipFox isn't right for you, we'll refund the first payment of your first subscription in full when both of these are true:
- You ask within 7 days of that payment.
- You have used less than 20% of the credits that payment gave you for the billing period.
The guarantee applies once per customer. It does not cover renewal payments, plan changes after your first payment, or credit bundles.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access, and the credits left in the current period, until the end of the period you have already paid for. We don't give partial refunds for the unused part of a period, except under the guarantee above or where the law requires it.
4. Credit bundles
Credit bundles are one-time purchases. A bundle is non-refundable once any of its credits has been spent. If you haven't used any credits from a bundle, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying it.
5. What happens after a refund
- A refunded subscription ends straight away, and the credits it granted for that period are removed.
- A refunded credit bundle's credits are removed from your balance.
- Your projects and videos stay in your account.
Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show a refund on your statement.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include the order number from your Paddle receipt and, if you like, what didn't work for you. We'll confirm by email once Paddle has issued the refund.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before you open a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We can usually fix the problem, or refund you, faster than a dispute. While a chargeback is open, we may pause the account it relates to. If the dispute is decided in your favour, the subscription or credits it paid for are removed.
8. Exceptions and your legal rights
We may refuse a refund where we see abuse, such as repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles or an account closed for breaking our Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
